Shipping
1.16 Your order will be processed and shipped without undue delay, no later than 5 days after your order has been placed.
1.17 Please allow for up to 14 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

Cancellations, returns and warranty.
1.18 Cancelations: Accepted on all orders up until goods marked as shipped.
1.19 Returns: 60 day money back guarantee on E-ZEEWRAP dispensers – If you are not completely satisfied with your dispenser return it for a complete refund less the freight charges. The 500 foot roll of E-ZEEWRAP inside the dispenser is yours to keep for free.
1:20 Warranty: E-ZEEWRAP Dispensers are backed by a warranty against defects for the lifetime of the dispenser. Please call or e-mail on our contact us page. If you have a faulty roll of wrap or parchment please check our FAQs for maintenance tips or call our Customer service line for a replacement.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Canadian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Canada.
