Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain off excess fat.
In a 3 L (3-quart) casserole, combine beef, lentils, sweet pepper, water, ketchup, soup mix, mustard and vinegar.
Bake 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley. * servings |
